Alex Jeleń is a drummer and producer from Bremen, Germany, whose musical journey began at the age of four behind the drum kit. During his youth, he performed in renowned ensembles such as the Lower Saxony State Youth Wind Orchestra and the German National Youth Orchestra, before moving into his own band projects and refining his musical voice. His dedication to rhythm and sound earned him recognition in several drumming competitions.

At 14, he expanded his creative work into music production, composing and producing with digital audio workstations. His music is shaped by a deep appreciation for natural environments – from distant landscapes to subtle everyday moments – influencing both the atmosphere and structure of his compositions through a blend of organic textures and rhythmic precision.

Today, Alex releases his own music in the jazz scene and is involved in several projects. He performs with the jazz collective Out of Tunes alongside Lennart Hinz, Edward Stark and Yadam Battogtokh, and also collaborates with musicians such as Henri Schappert and Abhin Iype. In addition, he is part of a duo project with Yadam Battogtokh.
